These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LandingOS("we", "us", "our") and the website and services available at landingos.biz (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a starter terms set for our early-access product and will be updated as the product evolves.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers powering it. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access parts of the Service you aren't authorized to reach.

Content and generated output
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. Output the Service generates for you is yours to use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to submit content that infringes others' rights or that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or infringing material, or to harm, harass, or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you've violated these Terms.

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may limit or discontinue parts of the Service as it evolves.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandingOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
